Externally, there are blind spots undermining their ability to take control of their own path, happiness, and quality of their own lives. These in-abilities often morphed in to their professional lives.
All of this makes them feel lost, confused, & frustrated - almost like they don't even recognize themselves anymore, and you don't know what to do to make it better. Therein lies the problem and frustration because they don't know the, 'How To's to become an inspirational and motivated leader' – and the fact that not knowing anything about your employees will not motivate them! The most important thing that we can do for others is to teach them that the power, motivation, inspiration, and drive is already a part of who they are. In my programs, I will help to unblock the things that hinder you from tapping into the power that we were all born with.
There are two types of services offered by Blind Sighted Productions. One is the follow up leadership training that comes from our conferences or Leadership Seminars.
These follow up sessions are intended to keep focus on what was learned and practical application to keep on track. It is intended to strengthen the principal foundations that were presented in the seminar.
The other service is a personal mentoring of a hero. This will involve one-on-one scheduled sessions to help the hero develop focus and learn life skills, to incorporate in to his personal and professional life. These are often very personalized and when the first contact call to us is made, a plan will be developed to help the hero evolve in to a more productive, team leader.
The Plan

Will there be a need for books, resources or Study guides to take the course?
1. Marketing, Sales, teamwork, 7 habits types of books and programs. All of the resources needed will be discussed on the first Initial Call, when you contact us.
When someone tells a friend about what you offer, what do they say?
1. This blind guy came in to our company and after a 3 month program and he helped us find our blind spots and bring them into focus. We saw what inside of us, that was not allowing us to work as a team, to no longer focus on my needs each day and see how I can best serve the team success. We learned to take some time in the morning, sit in gratitude and think about the day ahead, of how I can be fully engaged and be present of the needs of others. This blind dude showed me how to get back to the path of what really matters. I found a new direction in my life now.

1. I remind them that to continue to do the same things over and over is insane.
What's the risk of using your solution?
1. Fear my team or I will fail, the bigger risk is not hiring me.
Which intermediaries need to be recruited to help you grow? (Retailers, media, etc.). Be specific.
1. Besides the obvious I am not sure yet. I do believe I can get public relations, to find influencers that I can be a guest on their pod-cast, YouTube channel.
Make a list of marketing tactics you've used to reach new customers.
1. This is a new business model to me. I have owned retail stores in the past and now I am moving into an in person and online platform. Lots to learn here.
Make a list of marketing assets that you own (brand, mailing list, distribution arm, etc.)
1. Groove Funnels is the online platform that can handle all the online assets, the website, webinars, email sequencing and funnels, sales, it also has the membership platform that I can use for my training modules and more. This was the option I was going with, but now that has changed.
2. Word press website, that will have the same as above fully integrated and automated.

1. I want to do direct response marketing that build my brand and converts to sales.
